Susan brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate accounting to Forum. As Associate Director – Property Accountant, Susan is responsible for providing leadership for property accounting and financial reporting, helping to plan, develop and execute various property accounting initiatives.
Prior to joining Forum, Susan was the Senior Property Accounting Manager at Cardinal Group, where she was responsible for residential accounting, financial statements and budget analysis. Before that, she held similar roles at Closetbox, The Laramar Group, Archstone and Prologis. She began her career as staff accountant at Land Title Guarantee Co.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western State College of Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children. Among the mix are a crazy dog and a cat to keep things interesting. Susan also enjoys reading good books in her free time.
