Paul brings more than 40 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, and capital raising strategies to Forum. As CFO, Paul leads all financial facets of the company’s strategic and real estate activities with oversight over all finance, tax, capital planning, banking relationships, and reporting functions for the company’s businesses and products.
Prior to joining Forum, Paul was Executive Vice President and CFO for Bye Aerospace, Inc. where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s financial management. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and CFO at AIMCO where he was responsible for growing the company’s assets from $4 billion to $11 billion during his tenure. Paul began his career in real estate investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and an MBA from the Darden School of The University of Virginia. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, wife – Jill, children – Sean, Kate, Matthew, Keenan, and granddaughter – Annie. He also loves sports, especially the Yankees.
