Lauren brings more than 7 years of real estate finance, debt, and analytics experience to Forum. As Associate Director – Finance & Accounting, Lauren is responsible for financial analysis and diligence of the firm’s products and competitive set.
Prior to joining Forum, Lauren was Assistant Vice President – Debt & Structured Finance at Newmark where she analyzed debt structures of multifamily properties, focusing mainly on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, life company, and debt fund executions. Before that, she was Production Analyst at CBRE, creating loan packages for all commercial real estate property types and analyzing micro and macro markets, underwriting $187M in loans.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Real Estate as well as a Master of Science in Applied Quantitative Finance, both from the University of Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys fly fishing, traveling, skiing, and trying out new restaurants.
