Kim brings more than 10 years of experience in corporate accounting, including real estate property and preferred equity/mezzanine fund accounting to Forum. As Senior Accountant, Kim is responsible for preparation of financial statements, forecast modeling, budgeting, and reconciliations.
Prior to joining Forum, Kim was Senior Fund Accountant at EverWest, where she oversaw the firm’s fund accounting. Before that she was Aircraft Fleet Specialist with Air Methods Corporation and Property Accountant with Prologis.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Colorado – Denver. Outside of work, she likes to garden, read, hike/travel, and eat good food.
