Keith brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and information technology to Forum. As Managing Director – Finance & Accounting, Keith is responsible for all finance and accounting functions at Forum, overseeing financial reporting and analysis, accounting operations and internal controls and to meet investor needs and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Forum, Keith was Vice President & Controller at Bye Aerospace where he managed all accounting activities, financial forecasting, and budgeting. Before that he held similar senior finance positions at TruStile Doors, AIMCO, ICG Communications and Jones International, Ltd. He started his career as a Senior Staff Accountant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and is Co-Chair and Founding Steering Team Member of the Denver Chapter of the CFO Leadership Council. Outside of work, he enjoys both road and mountain biking and hiking with his family
