Joshua brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate to Forum, including roles in loan originations, acquisitions, portfolio management, and capital markets. As Senior Director – Investments, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring new mezzanine, preferred equity, and JV investment opportunities for the Forum platform.
Prior to joining Forum, Joshua held positions at EverWest Real Estate Investors, MetLife Real Estate Investors, NKF Capital Markets, and Cushman & Wakefield.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Virginia and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys live music, skiing, hiking, and camping in the mountains surrounding Denver.
