Garrett brings more than 4 years of financial analysis, market research, and project management experience to Forum. As Senior Associate – Asset Management, Garrett is responsible for financial underwriting and analysis of the company’s portfolio of properties.
Prior to joining Forum, Garrett held roles leveraging his financial and business analytics skills at Pacific Development and CBRE.
Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a finance concentration and a Master’s in Applied Quantitative Finance from the University of Denver, where he was a captain of the club hockey team. Outside of work, he enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, fly fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
