Andrew brings more than 10 years of design, finance, and development experience to Forum. As Director – Development, he helps bring together the variety of project team members, stakeholders, and information necessary for Forum’s development projects. Andrew brings both a designer’s eye and a strong background in real estate finance to Forum’s development team. Since joining Forum in 2016 as Analyst, he has been involved with nearly every aspect of Forum’s development portfolio.
Prior to joining Forum, Andrew was an Assistant Relationship Manager with Vectra Bank’s commercial real estate finance group. Prior to banking, he was an architectural designer, working primarily on single-family residential and commercial tenant finish projects.
Andrew holds two degrees from the University of Colorado – Boulder; a Master’s in Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Finance, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design – Architecture. He also is a LEED and WELL building standard Accredited Professional. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children and is an irremediable auto racing enthusiast.
