Tyler brings over 20 years of experience in the building process having played the part of architect, construction project manager, and superintendent. As Managing Director – Construction, he oversees the company’s ground-up development projects managing general contractors, architects, and other third-party firms.

Prior to joining Forum, Tyler was project manager for The Hanover Company, he gained significant insight to the developer as builder model. While at Kiewit Building Group, he oversaw the building process from the site superintendent level. His experience spans many project typologies from historic rehabilitation, exclusive custom residences, and large multifamily/ commercial projects.

After graduating from CU Boulder’s Environmental Design program with an emphasis in Architecture, Tyler moved to New York City to get his Master of Architecture at Pratt Institute. Tyler is also a licensed architect in Colorado and carries ICC Class A contractor certification. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and home projects. As a fourth-generation Colorado native, he also enjoys all the outdoor activities the state has to offer with his son, wife, and extended family.
