Taylor brings more than 7 years of experience in commercial real estate including multifamily acquisitions, multifamily investment sales, and senior bank debt. As Director – Investments, Taylor is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting acquisitions, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, JV equity, and Co-GP opportunities.
Prior to joining Forum, Taylor held positions with Bank of America and CBRE.
Taylor holds a degree in finance with a concentration in real estate and a minor in Spanish from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and has been to 25+ countries, as well as spending time with her husband and family.
