Pat brings more than 30 years of real estate and financial services experience to Forum. As Portfolio Manager – Forum Capital Advisors, Pat is responsible for the investment decisions and day-to-day management of the portfolio of Forum Capital Advisors. His expertise ranges from direct investment and property-level due diligence to equity analysis/valuation and risk-adjusted portfolio construction.
Prior to joining Forum, Pat was with Janus Henderson Investors for 12 years where he introduced the real estate discipline and launched/managed the firm’s Global Real Estate strategy, a top-performing fund that was consistently rated “5 stars” by Morningstar.
