Nate brings more than 11 years of structural engineering and construction management experience to the role. As Associate Director – Construction, Nate is responsible for managing and monitoring project controls on all Forum development projects.
Prior to joining Forum, he was Assistant Project Manager at Gables Residential where he coordinated unit and building design with development, consultants, and subcontractors, along with handling project management duties. He also spent time as a structural engineer working on projects that ranged from small Oil and Gas facilities to 90-story towers.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado. Outside of work, Nate enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and traveling with his wife and two kids.
