Monica brings more than 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, human resources, and project management to Forum. As Senior Associate – Development Accounting, Monica is responsible for financial reporting and construction draw management for the firm’s development group.
Prior to joining Forum, Monica was the Lead Project Accountant at SSP Innovations where she managed all contracts, supported the closing of the books, and provided monthly financial reports. Before that, she held accounting roles at Laramar Group, Lokal Homes, and Village Homes.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University in addition to a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Outside of work, she enjoys making jewelry and knitting when time allows, but she spends most of her free time chauffeuring around her 14-year-old daughter.
