As Investments Analyst, Jeannie supports the Investment team in researching, evaluating, and underwriting various real estate investment opportunities for the firm’s acquisition, development, and structured finance platforms.
Prior to joining Forum, Jeannie worked at Lincoln Property Company and The Martin Group doing financial modeling and market research for acquisition and development opportunities.
Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University, where she formerly served as vice president of the university’s Real Estate Society. She has a passion for affordable and sustainable housing, and has completed academic papers and projects on the topics, one such project winning the Aim2Flourish national competition. Outside of work, Jeannie enjoys playing the guitar and hiking with her dog, Luke.
