Jake brings more than 4 years of real estate design experience to Forum. As Senior Associate – Design, Jake is responsible for developing investment offering materials, presentations, digital and web designs, graphics, illustrations as well as creating distinctive brand identities for the company’s multifamily development projects.
Prior to joining Forum, Jake was Senior Graphic Designer with CBRE where he helped manage the team and project workflow, and designed brochures, websites, and presentation materials. Before that Jake was a Graphic Designer with Colliers International.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University’s College of Fine Arts. Outside of work, Jake enjoys travelling, camping, fishing, and skiing Vail’s back country.
