Jack M. Cohen has more than 39 years of experience in CRE finance, venture capital, board work, operating companies, performance consulting, strategic planning, mortgage banking and loan servicing.
Mr. Cohen is a non-executive Vice Chairman at 3650 REIT. From 1990 to 2015, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Cohen Financial. Under his leadership, the “high touch” loan servicing platform grew in excess of $35 billion. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a M.S. in Construction Management from Stanford University. He is a past Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, a past Board Member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and its Commercial Board of Directors, a past Trustee of Pitzer College, past member of WPO, and a member of Urban Land Institute, MBA, CREFC and CRI.
