Conrad brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets and investment strategies to Forum. As CFO, Conrad leads all financial facets of the company’s strategic and real estate activities with oversight over all finance, tax, capital planning, banking relationships and reporting functions for the company’s businesses and products. He provides key performance indicators to company leadership and the board to guide business goal and achieve long-term growth objectives.
Prior to joining Forum, Conrad was CFO and CIO for Swerdling & Associates where he oversaw all aspects of the firm’s financial management. Before that, he held senior positions at Cowen and Company, Oppenheimer, MLV & Co, Icahn Enterprise, and Rothschild Realty. Conrad began his career in the real estate investment banking department at Merrill Lynch.
Conrad holds a B.A. in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University, and a Master of International Policy Studies and M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Outside of work, Conrad enjoys water & snow skiing, round footballs, and spending time with his wife and their three children.
