Forum worked closely with the City of Boulder, Tryba Architects, Saunders Construction, and Google to develop Pearl Place – Phase I, a 200,000 square-foot, LEED Silver-certified, build-to-suit office space located in the heart of downtown Boulder at 30th and Pearl Street. The three-building campus is conveniently situated near the University of Colorado Boulder campus, the Boulder Transit Village and several bike and walking paths, restaurants and retailers. Sold to Google in September 2017, Pearl Place – Phase I can house up to 1,500 Google employees and is the culmination of extraordinary vision, innovation and design.
