Sara brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources with firms large and small. As Chief People Officer, Sara leads and develops HR strategies and programs in support of the company’s organizational goals including recruiting & talent management, employee relations, compensation, culture/engagement, career development, and performance management.
Prior to joining Forum, Sara was with Ibotta, Inc., where she worked closely with internal teams on HR data analysis and reporting, careerpathing, talent management, compensation studies, and co-created the company’s first diversity program. Before that, she held strategic HR roles at Egg Strategy, Factory Design Labs, and McClain Finlon Advertising. Sara began her career in Recruiting and transitioned to HR in 2006.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Studio Art with an emphasis in Photography & Painting from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and a Certificate in HR Analytics from eCornell University. She also holds several HR certifications including SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), and the Everything DiSC Workplace certificate through Wiley Brand. Sara lives in Littleton with her husband and son, and enjoys photography, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, snowboarding, gardening, and all things outdoors. She also enjoys volunteer work and mentoring underserved youth to help them find careers in the real estate, finance, creative, and technical fields.
