David brings more than 12 years of experience in financial analysis and new construction design. As Associate Director – Development, David manages ground-up development projects from inception through design, permitting, construction, and lease-up. He also leads department initiatives including the design & buildout of Forum’s new office space.
Prior to joining Forum, David helped launch Primary Development, a boutique design & development firm focused on mixed-use and residential infill projects; served as Director of Finance at Envelope Architecture + Design; and worked in the banking sector.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California-San Diego and a Master’s in architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design with course distinctions in global housing issues, architectural history, and materials research. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips, skiing, and reading about architecture in snowy cabins.
