Forum is proud to announce the recent sale of Pearl Place Phase I to Google, Inc. This 200,000 square-foot, LEED Silver-certified, build-to-suit office complex is located in the heart of downtown Boulder at 30th and Pearl Street. The innovative campus features three buildings around a central outdoor courtyard space, ample outdoor terrace balconies and a beautiful streamlined glass design. Pearl Place Phase I is expected to house up to 1,100 employees and will be the new home to Google’s boulder campus. Completed on time and on budget, and designed in collaboration with Forum, Google, Tryba Architects and Saunders Construction, this project is the culmination of extraordinary vision, innovation and design.
Forum held an official groundbreaking ceremony July 11, 2017, for The Local Apartments – a 286-unit, mixed-use development anchored by the area’s first-ever Whole Foods Market 365. The ceremony was well attended by local media and city officials, including Tempe Mayor, Mark Mitchell, among others. The event culminated with the ceremonial burying of a time capsule containing various Tempe artifacts and memorabilia and using shovels decorated by local artists.
Forum held a casual, networking event at the Halcyon Hotel in Denver that brought together members of the Forum team and some of the company’s investor partners (current and future). Forum shared highlights from 2016 and provided information about some of their exciting projects in the pipeline.
