Peter brings more than 9 years of experience in financial analysis, acquisitions, and asset management. As Associate Director – Asset Management, he is responsible for the efficient operations of the company’s portfolio of properties and oversight of property management partners.
Prior to joining Forum, Peter performed acquisition duties for a Minneapolis-based investment firm where he underwrote investments, performed due diligence duties, and structured joint ventures. He also previously worked for NorthMarq Capital analyzing debt portfolios.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and legal studies and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Outside of work, Peter is passionate about being active outdoors, spending as much time as he can on the water, and playing with his twin daughters.
