Kim is responsible for the underwriting of prospective multifamily apartment acquisitions, financial analysis, and operations of Forum’s portfolio in the Southeast region. She helps identify, monitor, and evaluate local and regional markets, asset class trends and general economic conditions as they relate to Forum’s investment strategy. As part of the due diligence team, Kim analyzes property operations, prepares internal and external investment packages, and works directly with lenders to place debt. Kim oversees the operations and property management of Forum’s assets across the southeast region.
Prior to joining Forum, Kim was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Group of KPMG LLP’s audit practice in New York City. Kim graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, and from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Science in Accounting. In her free time, Kim enjoys skiing, hiking, biking and cooking.
