Adam Huff

Director – Special Projects

As Director of Special Projects, Adam is responsible for planning, development, management and implementation of a range of special Forum projects. He works closely with other departments and leads assigned projects from inception through completion, ensuring each project remains on task and on budget. Adam prepares and presents project activities, reports and forecasts to the senior leadership team, and facilitates communication of progress and deadlines throughout the company.

Prior to joining Forum, Adam was a Partner with BuildMark Project Management and Development, where he worked on various projects in Denver including development projects in Union Station and Lowry’s Boulevard One neighborhood. Before that, he was an Asset Manager at Oakwood Real Estate Partners and began his career as a Financial Analyst at Greystar.
Adam graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds an MBA & MRECM from the University of Denver. In his free time, Adam enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing and mountain biking.  Adam lives in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood with his wife, Laura, and their black lab, Walter.
